where are your products from
we source our products from various parts of the world. we
blend them in singapore to concoct delicious bath and spa
products.
product safety
we
follow GMP standards set by singapore health scient authority
(hsa). in addition, each product has a batch no., which
enables us to track every single product that we blend.
skin irritation
all our products have
been tested and it is safe for intended use. however, we
cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for all skin
types. we recommend that you order a sample first and do a
patch test. if skin is irritated, rinse with water and stop
usage.
storage
all our
products are mixed fresh, transferred to and sealed in clean
containers. all products should be placed in a cool
shaded environment and shut tight after every use.
failure to shut it tight after usage can result in products going
bad. prolonged exposure to air can spoil the product easily!
special tip: to close our pails require alot
of strength and we understand alot of our female customers
struggle with this. we recommend you to step on the pail
(with its cover of course) to close it! Step on and around the
ledge until you hear a "click". works everytime!
