the right to adjust prices and policies at any time. if the
catalogue (print/soft copy/online) displays an incorrect price, we
reserve the right to cancel your order and provide a refund or
adjust to the current price.

all processing and delivery time estimations are based on
singapore business days, mon - fri, 9am - 6pm. to calculate
different timings around the world, go to this online clock at
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/
. all orders are
taken via phone or email and taken to be final. any changes
will be taken as a new order.
. an invoice confirmation will be
emailed, together with delivery costs (if any).
. the average
processing time for an order is 2 - 4 working days including
delivery time for local deliveries. for international
deliveries, it is 2 - 3 working days for processing time,
excluding time for delivery.
. there is no standard processing
time with regards to private label orders, as the size and
complexity of each order varies
. international customers are
responsible for any and all taxes and duties upon delivery based
on local government regulations
. subject to terms and
conditions of our delivery agents
incorrect
address/non deliverable/refused shipments/address changes
all returned and/or errors made on orders
will be handled in a timely manner. if doll bath and spa
factory LLP has made a delivery error, we will redeliver as
quickly as we can via the method you originally chose. if
the customer has made an address error, the customer is
responsbile for the additional delivery fees charged by the
delivery company. if the customer refuses their delivery,
the order is considered a non-authorized return and will incur a
50% restocking fee for custom items and 25% restocking fee for
stock items, plus all shipping and handling charges. all
delivery on orders is non-refundable unless the delivery company's
guarantee is not met.
